HYDRATION

Next Practices  will be September  13th

 

Thanks you for your interest in Comets Track Club.  We have a year round program that runs from September 1st to August 31st.  Anyone can join at any time; however, the athletes have to be performing at a certain level before they are allowed participate in certain track meets.  This program is an intense training program that is designed for serious athletes.
